Photovoltaic glass is an encapsulation material used in photovoltaic modules,its function is:

①Encapsulates and protects the crystalline silicon wafers, the core component in a PV module.

②Maximize the transmission of sunlight to the battery wafers, through which light energy is converted into electricity.

Market size of the photovoltaic glass industry

According to Global Industry Analysts, the global solar photovoltaic glass market will reach a market size of $44.7 billion by 2027, at a CAGR of 28.8%.

By 2022, China's photovoltaic glass production accounted for about 90% of global production, and photovoltaic glass exports reached 2.253 million tons.

Application of Sodium Sulphate in photovoltaic glass industry
